The game is simple and essential, but that's indeed the reason it catches the most fundamental core of the RPG genre: choices are all that matter. With just six stats for your character, which never get in your way obtrusively, thus increasing the immersion of the player, the game manages a good set of events and their consequences. I find this game a beautiful example of role-playing at its essential, akin to those playing books of old. The story is short, but intense, the only defect of the game being the authors having been perhaps content with exploring in depth the royal branch of the story.. I really enjoyed this game though i felt it could have had more options and many different suitors. i also feel that it would have been better not to have forced to choice one sex over the other it would have added that bit of freedom. the length of the game was rather short, as someone who loves to read and always enjoyed those choose your own endings books it could have been a longer story. over all i think this type of game could be very popular and do very well but it definatly needs to be better thought out more plot holes and maker it easier to make the player feel rash and make snap decisions. i think ill keep playing just because its a fun little game and i enjoyed it.. A fun "Game of Thrones"ish romp if you do what I did and go for the Queen. It was very enjoyable although I wish this was a real book so I could earmark pages to return to if I didn't get the result I wanted to. (I cheat on these things ever since I was little). This was easily one of the best and most intriguing titles I have seen from Choice of Games. The characters and attributes all played out very well. I honestly felt a decent connection to the majority of the characters. Also, for once, I felt that sticking with my chosen skills rarely worked against me. This is a title that I will definitely come back for later play-throughs in the future. I would give this game a 9\/10.
